Deng_YulinProf. Yulin Deng was born in 1962 in Anhui, China.  He received his Bachelor and Master degree from Beijing Institute of Technology in 1983 and 1986, respectively, and spent the next seven years as an Assistant Professor and then Associate Professor in the analytical chemistry laboratory at the same university.  In 1993, he had the honor to obtain a national scholarship from the Ministry of Education of Japan, and undertook a Ph.D. degree at Nagoya Institute of Technology in Japan, which he completed in 1997. Subsequently he was awarded a two-year postdoctoral fellowship from the Health Service Utilization and Research Commission of Canada, and has been involved in Neuropsychiatry Research Unit at University of Saskatchewan in Canada since 1997.  After his postdoctoral training, he has worked as a senior scientist in Neurology Research Unit of College of Medicine at University of Saskatchewan.  20170621032602359100

He has been promoted to a full professor, and been in charge of the School of Life Science & Technology at Beijing Institute of Technology of China since 2002. In 2013, he was nominated to be a corresponding member of International Academy of Astronautics (IAA). Dr. Yulin Deng’s team recently sent China’s first life science experiment payload to International Space Station with Falcon 9 Launcher (SpaceX).

Li ShoupingProf. Li Shouping took his doctoral degree from Wuhan University in 2001 and his Post-doctoral degree from Fudan University in 2003. His main research interests are International Space Law, Aviation Safety and International Institution Law. Currently, he is academician of International Academy of Astronautics (IAA), Dean of School of LAW (BIT), Director of Law Institute of BIT.

He is board member of China Institute of Space Law, China Institute of International Law,  China Association of EU Law and Beijing Society of International Law.  In 2011, he is awarded as “The new century talent support program of the Ministry of Education”.

Associate Prof.  Xiangyuan Zeng is faculty member of School of Automation of Beijing Institute of Technology. He got his PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Best university of china, Tsinghua  University and he spent almost 2 years as Visiting Scholar in Texas A&M University. Later he obtained his Post-doctoral studies from Tsinghua university in 2015. His research interests are mainly Dynamics and Control of Asteroid Exploration and Optimal Control Theory and Application.

Currently he is Secretary of Journal of Astrodynamics, Member of Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, Member of AIAA, Member of Organizing Committee of ISSS International Conference, Session Chair of CCC2017 also he has been invited Reviewer many SCI Journals (Nonlinear Dynamics、AIAA Journal of Guidance, Control, and Dynamics、AIAA Journal of Spacecraft Rockets、IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems、Aerospace Science and Technology、Acta Astronautica、Astrophysics and Space Sciences, etc.).
